    David kind of talks about it a bit in his recent discussion when asked a similar question… although he does caution about trespassing into this realm. His point seems to be that the language of judgement is much more “specific” and much more central to the Koran where as judgement in the Christian context is much more blurry and ambiguous. So making the idea of judgement secondary in Islam is much harder. So if there are Muslim universalists they would have to be much more covert about how they speak about universal salvation. That’s the gist of it, but correct me DBH if this summary isn’t exactly what you were meaning. That’s what i seem to get from that discussion
